When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address,
we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

We are located and ship from McLean, Virginia. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

IN-STORE PICKUP:

You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at our Fairfax Corner Location at 11951 Grand Commons Ave, Fairfax, VA 22030. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your
order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 days. We will send you an email when your order is ready, along with instructions. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after
receiving your item to request and submit a return for item(s) or to
return your item(s) in-store.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for final-sale items, items without purchase tags on, items that have been used, and/or special orders. Other exclusions may apply.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send
you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order
upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Wool + Loom reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that exhibit to have damage or misuse by the client.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food,
flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable
liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns
about your specific item.

With 100% handmade, natural material and vegetable dyeing methods, our Artisans’ handcraft come with unique and acceptable variation in both tone, color, finish, size, and texture. These lovely variations are
not grounds for a claim, return or exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what
you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received
and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved
or not. Upon return, item(s) will be inspected for use/damages then exchanges, credits or refunds may be issued. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. We do charge a restocking
fee of 10%. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the
refund too.
