What are the shipping costs for rugs?

We use USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground and shipping costs depend on that. For more information, read our shipping policy here.

When will my order arrive?

All orders take 1-3 business days to process and the shipping time takes 5-8 business days dependent on your area and the method of delivery you chose.

Can I track my rug shipment?

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I get a receipt for my purchase?

Once your order is complete, you will receive a receipt for your purchase via email. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@woolnloom.com.

What is the return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns include rugs that are unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and accompanied with a proof of purchase like order confirmation or receipt. To read more about our return policy, you can click here.

How do I clean my rug?

Prevention is key when maintaining wool rugs. While our rugs are stain resistant, they need to be maintained properly in order to last.
