All orders take 1-3 business days to process and the shipping time takes 5-8 business days dependent on your area and the method of delivery you chose.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible returns include rugs that are unused, unwashed, in the original packaging, and accompanied with a proof of purchase like order confirmation or receipt. To read more about our return policy, you can click here.
