Shipping policy

At Wool + Loom, we are dedicated to delivering your orders quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. ((Monday through Saturday), excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 11:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time – New York)  will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

  • Once processed, orders are shipped with a transit time of 4–5 business days (Monday through Saturday).
  • Total estimated delivery time is  5–8 business days (processing + transit) (Monday through Saturday).

Shipping Method and Shipping Country

  • We currently using USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for products delivery.
  • This store is based in the USA, and we ship products to the United States Only.

Shipping Costs

  • Dependent on USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging.
  • Send the photos to our customer service team at hello@woolnloom.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Without proof of damage, we cannot issue a replacement.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds, except in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or defective.
  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us and we will provide you with a replacement.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the USA.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
